Emerging Leaders Development Institute
July 8–11, 2024 | Vancouver, British Columbia
In partnership with Christian School Canada, Emerging Leaders Development Institute (ELDI) offers participants the opportunity to form a network of future leaders in Christian education while learning about relational servant leadership and effective management and governance. Application deadline is March 15, 2024.
About ELDI
The goal of ELDI is to encourage and guide participants in discerning their calling to Christian school leadership.
Have you wondered if school leadership is for you? Have you been encouraged to pursue leadership by your school leaders or others? Participating in ELDI is a great step to take to find some of those answers! Designed for teachers, ELDI is a hybrid program, both in person and virtual, that will allow you to focus on developing an understanding of school leadership and the role that God may be planning for you. Through the program, you will have a chance to develop relationships with school leaders with many years of combined experience. But more than that, you will join a cohort of teachers just like you. Participants in the Emerging Leaders Development Institute form a strong bond with a network of future leaders in Christian education while learning about relational servant leadership and effective school management and governance and visionary planning. Join this year’s cohort!

“This week has been both enlightening and encouraging. I have felt encouraged to continue pursuing the avenue of leadership within Christian education, whatever that may look like over the next number of years. The experiences shared by the facilitators were interesting and pertinent, definitely helpful as I try to imagine what the role of principal would be like. I have appreciated the openness and honesty of the facilitators throughout the week. What a fantastic week with an incredible group of people! God is good! Thank you for all your work putting this week together!”
