Whenever you have questions, need advice, or want to brainstorm, your CSI partner is here to answer the call, providing tailored guidance for you and your school.
Our consultative services are available for all CSI member schools. We support administrators with best practices, from daily operations to board relations, advising school leaders to prepare for possible staffing, general administration, and fund development issues. CSI’s dedicated staff members liaise with you, taking the time to build genuine relationships with your organization. Whenever you have questions, need advice, or want to brainstorm, your CSI partner is here to answer the call, providing tailored guidance for you and your school.

Our team of advisors and consultants works collaboratively with school administrators and board leadership in the following specific areas:
Strategic Planning
Developing comprehensive strategic plans that align with a school’s vision, mission, and long-term goals is extremely important. CSI's approach to this process includes parent, teacher, staff, and board engagement, thorough analysis, and a detailed report so that head administrators and boards can create a roadmap to ensure sustainable improvement. We can also work with your CSI Accreditation regional coordinator to ensure that your accreditation work plan and strategic plan are aligned
Board Governance
Our training programs equip school boards with the knowledge and skills needed for effective governance. We provide guidance on roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and best practices to enhance board performance and accountability.
Board Retreats
We facilitate engaging and productive board retreats designed to strengthen board relationships and focus on strategic priorities. These retreats include team-building activities, strategic discussions, and goal-setting sessions to ensure cohesive and visionary leadership.
Head of School Search Support
Our head of school search support services assist schools in finding and selecting the right leader. We plan with and walk alongside a school-led search which includes a tested plan of actions, customized timeline, comprehensive feedback on all communications, hiring and leadership assessments, and interview advice with customized questions for a successful transition.
Interim Lead Administrator Search
We help schools looking for an interim principal and/or head of school by both suggesting potential interim candidates and managing logistics surrounding onboarding an interim administrator.
Administrative Mentoring
We offer personalized mentoring for school administrators to develop their leadership skills and effectiveness. Our mentoring includes one-on-one coaching, leadership book clubs, and on-demand support in navigating the challenges of school administration.
Policy Development
We can help schools develop appropriate policies and policy templates for a variety of administrative and board uses.

Cost of Services
Services offered to CSI members are priced at a significant discount to fit schools’ budgets. Non-members will be billed a 40 percent upcharge for services.
Access Advisory and Consultative Services
Consultant Terry Kok will recommend and coordinate the connection between member schools and advisors based upon the results of an initial complimentary one-hour needs assessment.
