Job Description
The administrator is directly responsible to the Board of Directors and serves as the administrative leader of the school with the following responsibilities:
- Spiritual, Educational, Operational, and Cultural Leadership.
- Serves on the Finance Committee, the Education Committee, ex-officio member of the Board, and other committees as appropriate and as needed
- Principal administrative duties include leading staff, staff development, staff coaching, planning and leading staff meetings, curriculum oversight, staff observations etc.
- Teaching – Some Teaching in middle school will be expected
Job Requirements
The Principal must have Spiritual Maturity with the ability to articulate both their faith and their philosophy of Christian Education The Principal must have a Reformed worldview and be in complete agreement with the school's statement on human sexuality The Principal must be a member in good standing of a church affirming the three forms of unity (H.C., B.C., and C. of D.).

Education Requirements
A Michigan Teaching certificate is required (M.T.T.C. is required - or the ability to acquire one in the immediate future). At least 5 years of Classroom teaching experience is required
