Job Description
Inwood Christian School is seeking a full-time principal to provide Christ-centered leadership in student learning, instruction, spiritual development, and school operations. ICS serves preschool through eighth grade students and partners with Christian families to provide an atmosphere in which each unique child of God is challenged both academically and biblically to live as a Christian, serving Him in all areas of life.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee curriculum, instruction, and faculty development.
- Mentor, support, and evaluate teachers.
- Manage daily operations, enrollment, and student discipline.
- Serve as liaison between the School Board and faculty.
- Teach part-time as needed.
Qualifications
- Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
- Commitment to Reformed Christian education.
- Teaching experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Education Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Iowa Administrator License required or actively pursuing.
