Job Description
This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to shape a thriving middle school orchestra program.
Responsibilities:
- Teach 5th–8th grade orchestra classes
- Conduct rehearsals and prepare students for concerts and performances
- Provide individual and group instruction on string instruments
- Maintain high musical and spiritual standards
- Partner with families to encourage student growth
Education Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education or equivalent experience
- Strong background in string instruction (violin, viola, cello, bass)
- Demonstrated classroom and rehearsal leadership
- A heart for discipleship and a commitment to Christian education
