Job Description

Mount Vernon Christian School is seeking a certified teacher to join our Music Department for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a developing position that has potential for either part or full time, teaching a variety of Choir classes at the upper elementary to high school level. MVC has a dedicated faculty who strive to offer quality education with a Biblical worldview. 

Candidates should have a BA degree or higher in a relevant field, and a current WA Teaching Certificate.

Candidates should model a commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, to Christian Education, and to the mission of Mount Vernon Christian School, foster a desire to work with students and staff at a Christian school, and find joy in being part of a dynamic teaching team.
