Job Description

Redeemer School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is seeking its next Head of School. Founded in 1995 and shaped by a Christ-centered, covenant-based partnership with families, Redeemer School has been marked by a vibrant community, long-standing stability, and a rich educational tradition shaped by Charlotte Mason’s philosophy and the lifelong pursuit of wisdom and knowledge. We believe children are created in the image of God and value partnering with parents in their education, desiring to see our children seek wisdom from and grow in the knowledge of God’s Word so that they reflect Christ and serve Him by serving others. Serving more than 250 TK–8 students, we look forward with gratitude toward God’s continued faithfulness, as we seek the next Head of School to shepherd, strengthen, and steward our beloved community.
