Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design MacOS DEP deployments
- Package and distribute software and profiles
- Provide customer service in a telephone and computer help desk environment for all employees
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues for all district owned computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and other peripherals in a timely manner
- Provide triage documentation and training to building educational technology staff
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of and ability to work successfully in a K – 12 school environment
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software, mainly MacOS, iOS, and a management system
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Scripting fluency (Shell, AppleScript, Python, etc.)
- Experience in an IT support or help desk environment
- Experience with JAMF or another MacOS enterprise management software
- Experience with Google Apps for Education
