Job Description

• This position requires an individual who is caring, has a love for children, and can show compassion in a busy learning environment.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for students by following all licensing guidelines.
• Assist the lead teacher with classroom management and activities.
• Ensure the classroom is kept in a clean and safe condition.
• Encourage creative thinking and learning.
• Will provide instructional support to the lead teacher as necessary.

• Must be 18 years old and a High School graduate.
• TB Test, if offered the position.
• CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain, if offered a position.
• Complete and pass the state-required background check.
• Complete MiRegistry Health & Safety A, B & C training.
• Must have a patient and supportive approach to the learning process.
• Must be able to stand and move around for long periods of time.
