Development Coordinator
The Development Coordinator works with HIS team members to create an annual support-raising plan designed to meet annual support-raising goals.
As a critical member of a team focused on HIS anti-human trafficking, education-focused ministry, the Development Coordinator seeks the Lord’s guidance to coordinate the development and execution of supporter engagement and stewardship strategies for HIS ministry. This position is responsible for coordinating support for HIS ministry, including raising funds for the campus of the School of Promise in Thailand. The Development Coordinator communicates and meets with ongoing supporters and new supporters of HIS ministry, as well as developing new support contacts. This requires a division of time between the office and traveling. A majority of travel is within the United States, but there is some travel to Canada and to Thailand.
The Development Coordinator assists in planning and managing support raising events in multiple locations each year. This requires working with local supporters in various locations to plan and prepare events as well as traveling to assist with and participate in events.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related area preferred.
Experience in Fundraising strongly preferred.
