Elementary Classroom Associate - Primary Grades
Norwalk Christian Academy associate provides support to elementary teacher and students
Associate will support elementary teacher by working with individual students or small groups of students.
Associate will follow instructions of the teacher and be flexible when trying new teaching techniques.
Associate will conduct themselves in a professional manner and model appropriate behaviors for students.
Job Requirements
Associate must be a Christ follower and actively growing in their faith.
Associate must be at least 18 years of age and meet licensing requirements.
Associate must relate to children in a positive, appropriate manner.
Associate must effectively perform duties assigned by classroom teacher.
Education Requirements
Preferred Associate Degree in child development or a related field
