What you will do:
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment that values student care, promotes positive relationships, and contributes to students' intellectual and spiritual growth.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the school’s curriculum policies to provide clear objectives and learning outcomes for your subject area.
- Implement standards-based grading and assessments that facilitate effective feedback according to students’ proficiency levels for specific knowledge and skills standards.
- Promote the welfare of children and support BCCI in safeguarding children through relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular communication and trust with parents in a welcoming, engaging, and collaborative manner.
- Work effectively and efficiently with other faculty members in grade and subject teams.
- Participate in administrative tasks core to the school’s operation, such as curriculum management, service on committees, and engagement in co-curricular activities.
Job Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Applicants must profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and meet all criteria for employment as required by BCCI.
- A strong passion and commitment to Christian education and the ability to integrate biblical principles in their teaching.
- A bachelor’s degree in education or PGCE/PGDE or equivalent awarded by an accredited university. A recognized qualification in your subject area Education is essential.
- At least two years of relevant experience in classroom teaching.
- Proven practical classroom experience, the ability to handle emergencies with appropriate safety protocols and a calm demeanor that supports student development and models biblical principles.
- A team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset and the ability to interact positively with faculty, students, and parents in all aspects of school life.

Education Requirements
