Job Description

Ripon Christian Schools (RCS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Upper School Choir/Band Director for the 2025-2026 school year. This position provides an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our middle and high school music programs, fostering a love for music while integrating faith into learning.

About the Position:

We seek an educator who is passionate about music education and discipleship, encouraging students to grow both artistically and spiritually. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a devoted Christian who is committed to integrating faith into the curriculum.
• Lead and develop choir and band programs for middle and high school students, fostering excellence in vocal and instrumental performance.
• Inspire students to develop their musical talents while using their gifts to glorify God.
• Create an engaging and dynamic learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and musical growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the broader RCS community to support and promote the music program.
