Job Description

The Technology Support Aide will provide responsive technology service and support for staff and students, and supporting the repair of district technology devices. On non-school days, the Help Desk Support Specialist assists with district-wide technology needs.


Job Requirements

  • Passion for working in Christian education with students and staff
  • Analytical and technology troubleshooting ability
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Preferred – Training and/or experience with Apple Operating Systems
  • Preferred – Help desk experience

Education Requirements

High School Diploma
