Job Description
The Technology Support Aide will provide responsive technology service and support for staff and students, and supporting the repair of district technology devices. On non-school days, the Help Desk Support Specialist assists with district-wide technology needs.
Job Requirements
- Passion for working in Christian education with students and staff
- Analytical and technology troubleshooting ability
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Preferred – Training and/or experience with Apple Operating Systems
- Preferred – Help desk experience
