Job Requirements
- A clearly articulated testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior, along with weekly in-person attendance in a Protestant Christian Church, and a commitment to the Reformed faith.
- Experience in Christian Education and in Christian School Administration/Leadership.
- Ability to articulate the value of Reformed Christian education.
- Possess analytical and observational skills with an ability to organize, direct, train, control, and manage a Preschool through Grade 12 school. Capable of supervising and working effectively with others. Communicates clearly on educational and business matters.
- Collaboration with a CSI-approved mentor.
- Other combinations of education and experience that provide the incumbent with the necessary qualifications may be considered.
Education Requirements
- Master's degree in educational administration
- Washington State administrative certification preferred.
