Job Description
The 2nd Grade Teacher at Phoenix Christian School (PCS) will be a member of a supportive and dedicated team of teachers. PCS has 150 students total with an average class size of 15 students. The 2nd Grade Teacher will teach: Bible, English, math, science and social studies. PCS has specialist teachers for music, library, PE and Spanish.
Job Requirements
PCS teachers must attend a reformed or presbyterian church (CRC, URC, OPC, PCA EPC, or ECO Presbyterian). We have a list of 25 churches in the Phoenix area that meet this expectation.
Education Requirements
A degree in elementary education is preferred with the ability to become a certified teacher either through the state of Arizona or through ACSI.
