Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a Christ follower who has a desire to educate students and partner with families in a distinctively Christian, multi-ethnic environment.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, content area expertise, and strong written and communication skills.  Certification is preferred, but not required.

WCA is a highly diverse Christian day school serving approximately 300 students from over 60 different churches. WCA seeks to educate students while developing their God-given abilities so that they may occupy their places worthily in society, church, and state. This is accomplished through a strong liberal arts curriculum that teaches both critical thinking skills and character development.
