- Christian with a testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- In agreement with the Statement of Faith, Sexuality Statement
- Active member/regular attender of a Bible-believing church
- Applicable Certifications / Licenses
- Minimum of a B.S./B.A., M.A. preferred

Responsibilities:
- Maintains a full schedule of students seen and counseled based on need and severity
- Sets, reviews, and achieves annual performance goals with Principal
- Develops a set schedule that is conducive to academic and SEB success for all students
- Conscientiously fulfills responsibilities of assigned duties
- Performs other tasks willingly, as assigned by the Principal
