Job Description
- Provide individual and group counseling to address personal, academic, and social issues.
- Develop and implement student development programs on mental health, emotional well-being, and peer relationships.
- Assist students with academic goal setting, course selection, and career planning.
- Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers to provide academic interventions.
- Offer crisis intervention and support for students during emergencies.
- Act as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty, fostering collaboration for student support.
- Lead initiatives on bullying prevention, inclusion, and substance abuse awareness.
- Maintain confidential student records and document counseling sessions.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience in school counseling or educational settings.
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and mental health resources.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
