Job Requirements

Personnel Leadership
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of gifted educators.
• Invest spiritually and professionally in each faculty and staff member to ensure joy-filled service permeates the campus.
• Assist each faculty and staff member to grow and develop in all spheres.
Academic Leadership
• Provide a transformational Christian education for each student.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement a curriculum that meets accreditation and state standards.
• Develop and oversee procedures for student achievement.
Operational Leadership
• Develop budgets based on program needs, projected enrollment, personnel, and other fiscal needs.
• Design and implement programs and schedules to meet student and staff needs.
• Oversee services such as hot lunch, transportation, and co-curricular activities.
• Supervise facility use, maintenance, and security to ensure a clean and safe campus.

Education Requirements

• Master’s degree in education or related field.
