Preschool Teacher Who Loves God and Loves Little Ones

Job Requirements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Creating a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere that aligns with Christian values
2. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, incorporating Christian teachings into daily activities to inspire Spiritual growth
3. Provide individualized attention and support to each child
4. Foster a love for learning through engaging and creative activities that stimulate curiosity and imagination
5. Collaborate with parents to maintain open communication regarding each child's progress and daily experiences
6. Incorporate Bible stories, songs and age-appropriate prayers into the curriculum
7. Organize and participate in school events, promoting a sense of community and fellowship among students, parents and staff

Education Requirements

Qualifications:

1. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
2. A strong understanding and commitment to Christian values and principles
3. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Patience, creativity and a genuine passion for early childhood education
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of young learners
7. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
8. Additional certifications and testing may be necessary
