Job Description
1. Enthusiastically and diligently teaches required Physical Education materials
2. Prepares objectives and outlines for courses of study following the scope and sequence of the curriculum
3. Uses a variety of teaching methods and assessment processes in consideration of students’ different learning styles, abilities, ESL needs, etc.
4. Establishes an effective classroom environment that is positive and orderly, attractive and hospitable
5. Provides feedback to students, which enables continued improvement
Job Requirements
- Degree in education or an advanced degree in the Physical Education subject
- Strong, demonstrable Christian faith
- A biblical Christian worldview
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- A love for students
- Enthusiasm and the ability to work in a team
- A commitment to personal and professional growth
