Job Requirements
- Delivers instruction from a biblically directed, Christ-centered worldview perspective
- Christian with a vibrant saving faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Displays competence in content knowledge appropriate to the teaching position
- Proficient in planning and preparing for instruction
- Uses strategies to deliver instruction that meets the multiple learning needs of students
- Uses a variety of assessment methods to monitor student learning
- Demonstrates competence in classroom management
- Engages in professional growth and development
- Fulfills professional responsibilities established by the school
- In agreement with the Statement of Faith and Sexuality Statement
- Active member/regular attender of a Bible-believing church
Education Requirements
Minimum B.A. in Education Early Childhood or Elementary Education (Preferred) 3-5 years teaching experience and higher level learning experience preferred Valid State Licensure (Iowa preferred)
