Job Description
Legacy Christian School is seeking a caring and dependable Part-Time Elementary Classroom Aide to support our teachers and students in a Christ-centered learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children and is passionate about Christian education.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional and non-instructional tasks
- Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce lessons
- Help manage classroom routines, organization, and behavior
- Support a positive and nurturing atmosphere consistent with Christian values
- Provide supervision during transitions, recess, and other school activities
Education Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework preferred
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (preferred)
- Patience, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
- Committed Christian who supports the mission and values of Legacy Christian School

- Part-time hours (approximately 20–24 hours/week; schedule to be determined)
- School year position (August–June)
