Job Description
Are you seeking to be part of a community that strives to serve the Lord and His children? Do you desire to be a part of a highly collaborative and communal staff? Highland Christian is a PreK-8th grade building that serves a diverse group of 675 students.
Due to increased and sustainable enrollment, Highland Christian is seeking an additional full-time night custodian for the 2025-2026 school year. This custodian will work with the Head Custodian and custodial team to ensure cleanliness of the school, that projects are completed in a timely manner, and school functions operate efficiently. Hours are 2:30pm – 10:30pm during the school year and 7:30am – 3:30pm during the summer. This position is slated to begin August 1, 2025.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Member of a Protestant Bible-believing Church.
- Manifest a Christian lifestyle.
- Agreement of Foundational Beliefs and Policy on Human Sexuality.
- Adherence to the Highland Christian School Code of Ethics.
- Exhibit professional conduct in all matters.
- Maintains an exemplary relationship with students and staff.
Skills Needed and Tasks Completed:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Assigned rooms and areas are cleaned and vacuumed daily; trash removal
- Help with the setup and breakdown of evening events
