-Has a heart for God and HIS children 

-Has the ability to respect and love HIS children in and outside of the classroom

-Has the ability to creatively meet student needs using a variety of strategies and materials 

-Is willing to learn and get better with given opportunities

-Is able to collaborate with other classroom teachers and especially the middle school team

-Is organized, flexible, patient, responsible, and able to recognize and celebrate students’ gifts 

-Feels comfortable reporting information to parents and other staff members

-Is uniquely equipped by God to work in a middle school setting while displaying the disposition of developing healthy relationships with the students

-Has an understanding of how to write and update lesson plans
