Job Description

Ripon Christian Schools (RCS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Middle School Bible Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This position provides a unique opportunity to disciple students in their faith journey while guiding them through a deeper understanding of God’s Word.

About the Position:

We seek an educator who is passionate about teaching Scripture and fostering spiritual growth in middle school students. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a devoted Christian with a solid understanding of the Reformed faith.
• Teach middle school Bible courses, helping students engage with Scripture and see their story in God’s incredible plan for our world.
• Encourage meaningful discussions, guiding students to develop a personal and growing faith in Christ.
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions while exploring the Bible’s truths and grow in their relationship with Christ. 
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in a Christ-centered, close-knit school community.
