Job Description
Located in a welcoming farming community in central Iowa, our K-8 school offers a close-knit environment where students are known, loved, and discipled. We teach through a Biblical worldview and partner with families to nurture the whole child…academically, spiritually, and socially. Job Requirements
• Personal faith in Jesus Christ and active membership in a Christian church
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to partner well with families
• Patience, flexibility, and a heart for young learners
• Proficiency with classroom technology
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Demonstrated commitment to Christian education
Education Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from an accredited college or university
- Hold a Professional Educator License. Preferably hold an endorsement for Early Childhood or Elementary Education but not required
- Agreement with Sully Christian School’s Statement of Faith
