Highland Christian is a PreK-8th grade building that serves a diverse group of 675 students. As a nationally acclaimed “Model PLC School”, Highland Christian’s focus on collaboration is highly celebrated and the key to obtaining a “Grade A” from the state of Indiana. Within student- centered classrooms, teams of teachers are results oriented to ensure all students grow and perform at high levels. 

Highland Christian School is seeking a Kindergarten Classroom Aide to begin working the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year. This aide will work within a Kindergarten classroom and alongside the collaborative Kindergarten team to ensure high levels of learning for all students. Hours will be M-F from 8:15am-3:15pm. Additional opportunities to lead extracurriculars or athletics may be possible.
