Reports to: Avail Academy Jr.K-5 Principal

Location: Avail Academy Blaine Campus | 8966 Pierce St. NE Blaine, MN 55434

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Loves God and loves young students.

• Creates engaging, developmentally appropriate learning opportunities to meet a variety of student needs.

• Collaborates effectively and positively with students, parents, and fellow staff members.

• Recognizes, celebrates, and encourages the gifts of others.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in education or early childhood education (primary education endorsement preferred).

• Current licensure in the area of employment desired.

• Has experience effectively working with young learners and is uniquely gifted by God to teach them.

• Has a passion for Christian schools and faith nurturing.
