Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Oversee and evaluate teaching staff
-Plan and lead New Teacher Orientation
-Facilitate staff devotions and staff meetings
-Plan necessary Professional Development opportunities for staff
-Support/mange Secretarial and Interventionist staff
-Develop goals and set educational objectives in consultation with staff and School Board
-Attend monthly School Board and Education Committee meetings
-Cooperate with teachers in student discipline issues
-Establish a wholesome spiritual and emotional learning environment
-Provide Christian Leadership
Job Requirements
Personal Faith in Jesus Christ
Well defined philosophy of Christian Education
Education Requirements
Master's Degree in Education or acceptable equivalent background experience
