Job Description

Hollandale Christian School is a K–8 Christian school committed to providing a Bible-based, Christ-centered education for students and families. We are located in Hollandale, Minnesota, serving families from the surrounding areas of Albert Lea, Austin, and Owatonna.

**Our current principal is on medical leave, and we are exploring two possible paths: hiring an Interim Principal OR hiring a Long-Term Substitute Teacher that would allow existing staff to serve in the Interim Principal role. We anticipate filling one of these positions, not both, based on the experience and fit of the candidates we receive. **

The Interim Principal role will focus on providing steady leadership, maintaining day-to-day operations, and ensuring continuity for students and staff. This is an immediate opening and is expected to extend through the end of the 2025–2026 school year. The position reports directly to the School Board.
