Inclusion Aide

Job Description

Ada Christian School is seeking a qualified individual with a love for the Lord and a desire to support students with special needs in a classroom setting.

All of our aides walk alongside our faculty in equipping students for service in God’s world. They are a constant source of support and encouragement to teachers, students and parents. An aide provides specific support for students with autism, down syndrome, visually impaired, emotional impairment, learning disability, or attention, helping him/her achieve active participation in a general education setting. This can involve work within the classroom as well as additional academic support outside of the classroom.
