South Christian High School in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking applicants for a full-time Human Resources Manager, beginning in Spring 2026. South Christian High School is a vibrant community of over 100 faculty & staff members dedicated to its mission: to equip students to live Christ-centered lives and serve God to their greatest potential.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this position provides strategic leadership and support in fostering a Christ-centered workplace that supports and advances the mission of the school, while maintaining compliance with educational standards, labor laws, and school policies. This role oversees all HR functions including recruitment & hiring, policy development & oversight, compensation & benefits, and training & compliance.
