Chicago Christian High School is located in Palos Heights, IL, that serves students from all across Chicago’s Southland. It is the job of the CCHS faculty to work with each student and get to know him or her in a way that would not only best support their learning, but also provide guidance and wisdom when it is needed.

In our classrooms, we strive to push our students to think critically, ask deeper questions, and to have ownership of their own learning. We are not afraid to abandon the lesson plan to dive into an idea or expand on a question or revelation.  

Business Position Profile: 

The preferred candidate will be able to:

• Provide instruction in a variety of Microsoft and Adobe products. 
• Provide an appropriate academic challenge and demonstrate an ability to differentiate in the classroom to reach all students. 
• Understand how to teach purposefully in an extended class period.
• Design a coherent, purposeful, and engaging curriculum that clearly aligns to standards.  
• Use technology effectively and meaningfully in the classroom. 
• Be able to incorporate a Standards Based Learning approach to grading. 
• Have a desire to collaborate in a professional learning community.
