Job Description

MVCS is seeking a proven leader with prior K-12 Christian school experience with an advanced degree in school administration or education. The HoS provides spiritual, academic, and social leadership to the staff, students, and school community at large. Prior experience teaching in a K-12 Christian school is a plus, as well as skills in strategic leadership and a heart to shepherd the staff and student body. 


Education Requirements

Prior K-12 Christian school experience (min 3-5 years) with an advanced degree in school administration or education. Prior experience teaching in a K-12 Christian school is a plus, as well as skills in strategic leadership and a heart to shepherd the staff and student body.
