Job Description

Casper Christian School is seeking its next Administrator to be a visionary leader to continue its solid growth and development as the only accredited, independent, traditional Christian secondary school in Wyoming. In only four years, the school has grown to nearly 100 students, been fully accredited by ACSI and Cognia, and is poised for rapid growth as the only school of its kind in the state. Because of our youth as a school and educational context, Casper Christian School seeks an administrator that is especially effective at communicating the value and uniqueness of a Christian education to churches and families. To that end, we seek an excellent communicator with a strong philosophy of Christian education, and experience developing faculty in support of a robust biblically-integrated curriculum. Also, we are aware our next administrator will likely be influential in upcoming capital projects, so experience with facility development and donor relations would be advantageous.

Anticipated start date: July 2025

Basic Qualifications and Background

• A deep and growing personal faith in Jesus Christ that is apparent in both word and deed
• Agreement with the CCS Statement of Faith
• A passionate commitment to Christian education, and a unique ability to effectively communicate the necessity of Christian education with potential students, parents, and stakeholders
• Master’s Degree in an appropriate course of study
• 3+ years’ experience as an Administrator or 5+ years’ experience teaching in a Christian Secondary School

Desired Qualifications and Background

• Experience as an administrator in an ACSI-accredited Christian Secondary School
• ACSI Administrator Certification, or willingness to acquire and maintain said certification
• Evidence of strong ability to develop partnerships with individuals, partner churches, and the community
• Experience with facility development
