Job Description

In this role, the teacher develops and implements instructional programs tailored to the needs of gifted and talented students. This involves identifying students with exceptional abilities, fostering a challenging and supportive learning environment, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to support students’ academic and personal growth.

Education Requirements

Interested applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a valid teaching certificate. We are looking for team-oriented candidates who have a strong love for Jesus and are passionate about working with all of God’s children.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education
  • Certification: Valid teaching license 
  • Experience: Prior teaching experience; experience working with gifted students is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of gifted education theories and practices.
    • Ability to differentiate instruction and design advanced learning opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
    • Effective leadership skills to evaluate and advance the program
