Job Description
Position: Elementary Principal
Reports to: Head of School
Position Type: Full Time, Full Year
The Elementary Principal develops, guides and nurtures Ada Christian School’s Elementary School learning environment, ensuring alignment with ACS’s mission, vision, core beliefs and strategic goals. He/she is responsible for building and sustaining a positive, Christ-centered school culture where faith and learning thrive. He/she cultivates an environment of excellence in learning where staff feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best. The Principal oversees all K-4 th Grade aspects of instructional leadership including educational programming, administration and student discipline. He/she is a member of the ACS leadership team and collaborates with all members of the ACS community to ensure the school flourishes and students achieve their God-given potential.
