Elementary Academic Program Coordinator

Job Description

The Elementary Academic Program Coordinator serves as an instructional leader who helps our school community grow in its shared calling to prepare students as effective servants of Christ in contemporary society. Working closely with building principals, this role ensures strong, coherent instruction across Grand Rapids Christian Elementary School’s Iroquois and Evergreen campuses and K-4 at Rockford Christian School. 

The coordinator partners with teachers and teacher teams through intentional coaching, guides the use of student learning data to strengthen instructional practice, and advances the development of Professional Learning Teams (PLT) across all elementary campuses. Through collaborative leadership, this role helps align curriculum, promote teacher growth, deepen faith-formed teaching practices, and support teachers in delivering excellent instruction so that each child is known, supported, and able to thrive.
