Job Description
The Educational Support Services individual plays a critical role in supporting students with diverse learning needs by providing academic assistance, developing individualized support plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators. This position ensures that students receive the resources, accommodations, and interventions necessary to succeed in their educational environment.

Education Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working with students with learning differences, disabilities, or academic challenges.
- Knowledge of IEPs, 504 Plans, and educational accommodations.
