Educational Support Services Coordinator (K-4)

Job Description

The Educational Support Services Coordinator leads a Christ-centered, inclusive system of support for students with diverse learning needs rooted in the mission of Grand Rapids Christian Schools to prepare students to be effective servants of Christ in contemporary society. The Coordinator ensures that students receiving educational support services are known, valued, and fully included as image-bearers of God within the classroom and school community. Additionally, they provide each student with appropriate instruction, learning opportunities, and behavioral support to enable them to flourish in school and in life beyond GRCS. In partnership with families, teachers, and staff, the Coordinator prioritizes the least restrictive environment and practices that widen the circle of welcome for each student.
