Job Description
This position provides support to our elementary students and staff through leadership and coordination of our Intervention/MTSS and Special Education programs. This unique role combines limited direct instruction with a primary focus on program oversight, collaboration, and staff leadership.

Job Requirements
- Train and support ESS teachers and paraprofessionals.
- Collaborate closely with the ESS Director, classroom teachers, and paraprofessionals.
- Utilize data to identify at-risk students, form groups, and inform instruction.
- Promote effective use of student accommodations and modifications in elementary classrooms.
- Administer achievement testing (e.g., WJ-IV, KTEA) and coordinate evaluations.
- Maintain student records, service plans, and progress monitoring documentation.
Education Requirements
- Background in elementary special education or intervention services.
- Strong understanding of MTSS, data-driven instruction, and early literacy and math interventions.
- Proven ability to collaborate, lead teams, and build strong relationships with families and staff.
