Job Description
Responsibilities
• This position has five roles: leading and managing the advancement team, fundraising strategy, donor relationships, grants/foundations, and major/planned giving
• Comprehensive oversight of the organization’s fundraising functions
• Developing and executing both long- and short-range fundraising strategies and goals
• Establishing advancement’s targeted revenues and expenses for the organization’s annual budget
• Working collaboratively with the other members of the leadership team to incorporate advancement strategies and budgets into the organization’s overall plans
• Executing other activities relevant to organizational advancement as assigned by the Integrator
• Identifying, establishing, and cultivating relationships with individual donors, corporate donors, and foundations
• Developing and coordinating plans to request contributions from specific donors
• Identifying and applying for grants from foundations and other charitable
organizations
• Generating regular reports on contributed revenue to share with the leadership team and the board of directors
• Leading and managing the advancement team’s planning and execution of direct mail, giving requests, and the organization’s two annual fundraising events
Job Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of fundraising best practices, especially pipeline development and moves management
• A strategic thinker with a curious mind
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel (locally and, on occasion, nationally)
• Eagerness to adopt the full use of CRM systems (All Belong currently uses Virtuous)
• Proficient in Office 365 suite preferred
• Must work well on a team, demonstrating comfort in collaborative environments
Education Requirements
• A lived Christian faith and acceptance of the major ecumenical Christian Creeds (e.g., Nicene Creed and Apostles’ Creed)
• 5+ years of direct management of a fundraising team preferred; 8+ years of experience with professional certifications (CFRE, etc.) and/or master’s degree preferred
• Relationship-driven individual with tenacity and a self-starting disposition

Salary and Benefits
• This position has a salary range of $75,000-$90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
• All Belong offers a generous benefits package, including HSA health insurance, 403B match, PTO, STO, and personal days.
• Applicant must have their own vehicle; use of that vehicle will be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate.
