The Denver Christian School Board of Trustees is seeking a faith-driven,
dynamic, visionary leader to inspire and guide the school community towards
future achievements. The Head of School will possess a vibrant personal faith and commitment to Christ along with a genuine passion for nurturing students’ academic, spiritual, and personal growth. He or she will excel in cultivating a sense of community, contributing academic and operational leadership expertise, and demonstrating significant experience in fundraising and strategic resource management. Combining these strengths with the current increase in enrollment, unprecedented fundraising achievements, and a campus expansion, Denver Christian is well-positioned for further growth and development.

- Demonstrated vibrant and mature Christian faith and active involvement in a local church.
- Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably 10+ years in an administrative role.
- Strong executive: relational, organizational, fundraising, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of executive school management and operations.
- Ability to inspire and motivate faculty, staff, and students.
- Commitment to Denver Christian School’s mission, vision, and values, and covenantal Christian standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a board of trustees with demonstrated outcomes.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices impacting Christian education.
- Understand, honor, and embrace a Reformed perspective on Christian education.

Education Requirements
- Master’s degree in education leadership or comparable, strongly preferred. A doctorate would be a plus.
