Job Description

- Support the implementation of faith-based, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Cultivate appropriate relationships with families
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure developmentally appropriate learning activities for students
- Complete a minimum of 16 hours of professional development annually
- Uphold safety standards as outlined in the Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Technical Assistance Manual
- Promote GRCS’ Early Childhood programs and services
- Preferred Associate or CDA degree in Early Childhood Education or child-related field
- High school diploma or GED with relevant experience in working with young children
- TB Test, if offered the position
- CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain, if offered a position
- Complete and pass the state-required background check
- Complete MiRegistry Health & Safety 1 & 2 training
- Must be able to stand and move around for long periods of time
