Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that deliver high-quality instruction and promote academic excellence
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
• Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into all aspects of the curriculum and classroom activities.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to engage students and accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to support student growth and address any academic or behavioral concerns.
• Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating Christian character, integrity, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
