Job Description

Our Administrator provides visionary leadership for Rock Valley Christian School, ensuring a Christ-centered education that promotes academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development. This role encompasses oversight of all school operations, including curriculum, faculty, finances, enrollment, and community relations.

Key responsibilities include upholding the school’s mission, mentoring staff, fostering strong relationships with parents and donors, and representing the school to local churches and the community. He/She will ensure the integration of faith and learning, cultivating a supportive environment where students thrive spiritually and academically.

Candidates should demonstrate a deep commitment to Christ, proven leadership experience, and a passion for Christian education. A master’s degree in school leadership is preferred, with the ability to acquire an Iowa  The ideal leader is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and servant-leader who inspires others to pursue excellence for God’s glory.
