Position Status: 100% FTE
Reports to: Avail Academy High School Principal
Locations: Avail Academy North Campuses | 8966 Pierce St. NE, Blaine MN 55434 & 755 73rd Ave. NE, Fridley MN 55432
Salary: Full Time First-Year Teacher $50-55K
Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, AD&D  Insurance and an optional Retirement Plan

Activities Director Job Description

Our ideal Activities Director is someone who:

• Loves God and has a genuine heart for guiding students and coaches through both their academic and faith journeys.
• Designs engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that challenge students to think critically, explore deeply, and grow in responsibility.
• Collaborates effectively and positively with students, parents, and colleagues to support a strong sense of community.
• Recognizes, celebrates, and encourages the unique gifts and personalities of students.
• Has earned a four-year degree.
• Has experience working effectively with students and is uniquely gifted by God to teach and mentor them during these formative years.
• Demonstrates a passion for Christian education and the spiritual and character development of students.
