Job Description
Hull Christian School serves students in grades PreK–8 and has been educating children for over 100 years. With a current enrollment of 227 students and continued growth, we are seeking to fill a full-time 6th grade teaching position beginning in the 2026–2027 school year.
We are looking for a passionate educator who desires to be part of a Christ-centered team, as together we seek to follow God’s plan for our school and faithfully carry out our mission.

Job Requirements
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior as well as a commitment to the school’s Reformed perspective of Christian Education.
- A person who affirms Hull Christian’s Faith Statement and other position statements.
- Ability to work as a team member and relate well with students.
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, employees and parents.
- Ability to build Christian community inside and outside the school.
- Demonstrate organization, flexibility, patience, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate a passion for Christian education and love of students.
- Demonstrate high standards of professional practice and understanding of teaching and learning from a Christian perspective.
Education Requirements
Hold or have the ability to obtain an Iowa Teaching License.
